該工程屬于氣承式充氣膜結構，包含兩個氣膜單體，依山勢比鄰而建，膜單體平面投影為矩形，尺寸142米*70米，膜頂部標高29.5m，膜內部容積約20萬方。坐落在5米高擋土墻上。布置斜向網狀鋼纜系統，氣膜設置6個車輛通道，2個緊急出口和2個旋轉門，氣膜配置有機械單元系統和尾氣凈化處理系統。
